Zumba Toning Sticks 1LB

I love using my Zumba toning sticks. The little bit of weight is just enough to add to my workout without over killing my arms. I can really tell the difference between even using 1 lbs worth of weight while doing Zumba compared to using nothing. I really like that they make a shaking noise while dancing as it seems to spice things up a bit more and can help with the beat too. The middle black part is a foam and has held up to quite a lot. It tends to get indents from fingers but it doesn't rip at all which is a big plus. I also like that if I need to I can order another set with higher weight. Overall, I would recommend these toning sticks to really involve those arms in your Zumba workout and add some more fun to the already fun workout.

Were alright for the price. Paint fell off on my hand during first use. Very loud to use during class!!!

They are fun to use and easy to handle. They add to the fun of Zumba. I purchased them for a friend and she is enjoying hers as well.

I use these when I walk, because they're FUN! Put some salsa or Zumba music in your ears and go for it! I also have the heavier 2.5 lb Zumba weights which I use for Zumba class. These 1 lb weights, for me, are too light for Zumba, but perfect to jazz up my daily hikes. They'd be great for Zumba if you're just starting out with toning sticks tho...they do make a difference in your workout! The thing about Zumba branded anything, is that you always get the same thing...I bought these thru Amazon Prime bc the price was right and the shipping was free...anywhere you buy these you'll get the same product.

I ordered these for my Zumba class and I love them. They came perfectly packaged even arrived sooner than expected. The end color matches my zumba shoes inside color so they are very schick. My zumba teacher used these same weights and that is how i got them. I would highly recommend them!

I was warned by friends (who had them already) not to let the 1 lb-ness fool me!! These sticks really really give you a great workout on the arms!! PLUS the "ch ch ch" sound they make as I workout just keeps me in rhythm and into the groove of my ZUMBA workout! They add to the joy of working out!!!

the weights are pretty decent and they are not to heavy perfect for toning if u cant lift anything heavy worth the buy if you are beginner. And really into the Zumba craze.

As a person who works out with a wonderful Zumba DVD, I am thrilled with the toning sticks. I had tried so "regular" weights, and found that they were not comfortable for the amount of movement that takes place. These sticks are the ticket. Thanks for carrying them.
