Good remote - but falsely branded in the Amazon photo
I ordered this remote as a replacement for the factory remote for a Sharp Aquos TV. The OEM remote is a bit larger than credit card size and has no physical number buttons - the smart TV has a "numbers" key which puts a grid of numbers up on the screen. That made it cumbersome (MANY clicks to move to a digit and select, then on to the next, etc.) to change digital channels when using the OTA antenna. The one being reviewed here works just fine. I would have given 5 stars, but the brand on it is NOT a Sharp and the photo online shows it as such. And while it not huge, it is big enough to easily read the buttons.

Works right out of the box. No * button so you can't access some menu features
Worked right out of the box except there's no asterisk button on the remote so you can't access certain features of your on-screen menu.

Work only for a few weeks
It worked well for a few weeks then stopped working. I replaced the batteries and still no activity.
