First and foremost, I'm very impressed with the customer service this company provides, they have always responded to any issues immediately and made sure I was satisfied. I think they are a smaller company and I really would rather support a small company vs. apple who charges 3-4 times the price for a case that doesn't even have the same amount of power.I love this case because of the peace of mind it offers. I get a full charge and a half out of the case, so I know when I leave the house I won't have to search for a charger or bring a cord and external battery pack with me. One should know that the case is a bit thick (comparable to the apple charging case) and adds weight, but I actually like the extra weight as it makes the phone less likely to slip through your fingers.Paired with a screen glass the case offers great drop protection too, however I'm not sure that is one of their claims. The apple case does not allow you to control the battery usage, so once it's spent that's it, whereas this case gives you the control to power on or off the case, just as if you were plugging it in to an outlet. Case charges relatively fast, I recommend using a higher power 10v charger, to ensure that both your phone and the case get fully charged overnight.Couldn't be happier with this purchase, great value, great performance, great customer service...can't go wrong!

I was super excited to try this case out as one it is supposed to have a better battery life than a Mophie which costs over twice as much. Even better it came with a warranty. I bought the BX11 Pro Max. I bought this case on 14 May and it arrived very fast. It worked pretty well till about two days ago where it stopped charging completely. I’ve tried different charging cords as wells as different adapters and plugs to see if I could figure out the issue myself. Nope not a chance.Not only that I rather hate that the case will only charge 1/4 of your phone battery at a time and then it shuts off and you have to turn it back on. The battery life doesn’t seem to last anywhere near the Mophie that is only 3000. I would love to know why and how that is.The case is nice however trying to take it off is extremely difficult. It’s nice that it fits snug on my phone but it’s a bit too snug to the point where I feel trying to remove the case will bend my phone screen and completely ruin my phone. I’m hoping that the company actually abides by their warranty program. I’ve submitted my info on their website for warranty registration twice now. Once when it arrived and again today. I’ve yet to hear anything from them regarding my first submission.I would say if you purchase a case from this company do it at your own risk.Should I get any response back from the company I’ll be sure to update this review

This case is sturdy and functional, if a little short on looks and finish quality--and it's a bit thick and heavy. But for a third of the price of the Apple case with a LOT more battery storage, I don't care much about the lack of sex appeal. It does completely disguise the good looks of my 11 Pro Max-and other than the three camera setup on the back, no one's gonna know I'm packing a $1450 phone! That may actually be a good thing to prevent theft and it's the price you pay for safety and battery life. I'd say it's about 70% of Apple's case quality (but way more storage capacity) for 35% of the price--a great trade off! Warranty is also great, so we'll see how it holds up over time...I only plan to use this case on occasions where I need more battery to get through my work, but the combined with the already large battery in the phone, this should be a killer combo!! The wireless charging is a big plus and hard to find at this pricepoint--Overall great job!

Great case !Love the fact that you can have the option of charging three different ways (wireless, battery, cord) that makes it a very efficient and effective case.Very sturdy and not bulky, fits in my back pocket easily, and gives my phone protection.On a full charge output 1.5v it can give your phone a couple a good charges depending on how much battery life you’ll need.My only Con: My case was defected and loss it’s charging and would not charge even after I tried plugging it up to the cord. But Amazon was quick to to a replacement and I just received my new one today.Overall the case case is worth the money and the protection is great

I have bought Apaltronix battery cases for all my phones, and they have worked great and for extended periods, including my iPhone 6 case still going strong from Oct. 2015. This case, for the 11ProMax was purchased almost 4 years ago, and it has performed flawlessly, including use of wireless charging (also Apaltronix). I did develop a full-length crack along the back of the case. Even with that, the case fully charged, and the phone could be fully re-charged twice and partially a third time. I did just recently replace the case due to the crack, out of concern for the unprotected wiring/circuits. Customer service was absolutely amazing — easy to contact and communicate with, and very responsive to follow up communications.

It’s an OK charger. The battery can charge my phone only once to 100% once the phone is 25% or lower so not a great capacity. The side buttons are flush with the case and so hyper-sensitive; I’ve never taken so many accidental screen shots. The buttons are also hard to feel, so there’s almost no tactile functionality to them which makes it hard to find if you’re not looking at them. The volume buttons also are too sensitive for me so it always turns op or down if I barely touch them at all, like putting the phone in my back pocket.The case is sturdy and fits well.
