Mum bought this as a cheaper alternative to the branded one advertised on TV (that was £400 plus). On arrival we unpacked the box. All pieces were there except the instructions were in (I assume) Chinese and the picture instructions were not of the model we have bought. The English instructions were for a model similar but not the same as the one we bought. We put it together using the video and images on the item description on Amazon's site. Initially we put the wheels on incorrectly and giggled because it wouldn't move but once the wheels were on correctly, it moved well. My mum who has chronic COPD and cannot move freely, gets breathless easily, this is perfect as she can stand more upright and therefore breathe easier than being hunched over. As a very larger lady she even felt safe enough to sit on it. Although it isn't deep enough for her to sit upright completely, it is more than suitable for when she needs to rest in between her steps. Folds up smaller than her delta walker did and very lightweight.

My mum has fell over on it twice as the whells on the front are too small an the big wheels with the break on means you can add weigh to them as it will stop instantly and cause whoever is in control of it will go forward. I tried changing the wheels around but a whole different problem occurred like you are not able to add weight as it just stops you moving anywhere. Don't rate this product at all for my parents needs ie moving around.

It arrived a day sooner than what was expected. Very easy to assemble. The bag is no good, too small it's like a soap bag. Havent used it outside yet but indoors its easy to manoeuvre. The brakes work via the arm rest, you have to press the rear end slightly for it to stop. Overall it was a good buy I'm very happy with it and it's so much better to be able to stand up straight.

I erected walker with no help from Chinese instructions.as I’m near 6 foot.when extended this walker is unstable.whilst testing around the house the rear wheels locked and I stumbled twice.have requested a refund but no help from seller.

It is an excellent walker. It was tricky to assemble. It needed practice by the user to feel confident.

No stars! Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It is not fit for purpose and is dangerous to use. I have been trying to get a refund for three months and still have not received this, despite paying £25 for return postage of the item.

I have managed to put most of it together, I have 8 pieces left don't no where they go .dont understand chinesse could you send me English instructions
