This is a beautifully drawn, on white heavier paper so the pens you use dont bleed through. I love it. I am a huge coloring person, I love the intricate designs and how I can just pick any color and the finished product can be whatever you want it to look like. I sthink anyone could color this with ink pens, crayons or pencils whatever you like. Highly reccomend, especially if you have alot of time on your hands. You will be pleasantly surprised how happy it makes you to sit and color!

I have done quite a lot of different mandalas to relax and pass tike and I can say this one was very enjoyable. An infinite number of fill possibilities makes this one that I will keep ordering to fill in different ways. If you use marker, beware of the bleed. The paper is thin stock and you will not only get a bleed through back but also a bleed over lines if you fill too slowly. This can easily be accounted for and the bleed result is actually quite pleasant and resembles an abstract water color. The pictures are front and back to show the result. There are a few minor pattern imperfections that are easy to fix with a ball point pen to fill in lines. You would never know they weren't there after the mandala is complete.It arrives rolled in a standard shipping tube so it will need to be unrolled and weighted in order to remain flat. It flattens put nicely once more marker weight is added by filling patterns. If you use colored pencil then it might want to roll up a bit longer.

The paper was sturdy enough not to bleed too easily (if I went over an area layering colors too much, it would start to warp). The printing of the patterns was very clear and I really loved the design. I thought about buying this a second time just to keep experimenting with color combinations, but am buying another design from the same company because I'm so happy with this one. Very relaxing and enjoyable with just enough challenge to keep it interesting.

I bought one of these with a cylinder of 72 colored pencils. The designs are beautiful but the price was a little much for only 1, however the packaging was top notch by using an “architect drawing” cylinder with 2 plastic caps. Definitely would recommend!

I’ve just started on my poster and I am enjoying it and really look forward to completing it. What I don’t particularly love is the quality of the paper.... it’s just normal thin paper it’s not horrible and there are a variety of utinsels you can use on it, but with it being so thin I noticed that if I keep coloring over the same spot to make it darker, the paper will get like wet and come off??? Idk how you would explain it. Just like coloring in a circle over and over with a sharpie on notebook paper, what would happen in that situation... if you get what I’m trying to say then that’s great, if not I am sorry I’m not sure how else to describe it. My advice there would be : if you want to color over your color to make it darker, wait for the first layer of color to completely dry first and then still don’t push very hard just very lightly go over the original color. I just wish that it would have come on like poster board, like card board. Just something thicker..... but this isn’t a deal breaker for me I still love the poster and will continue to work on it!

Made a corner in classroom where students can distress by coloring after all their work is done.

I used this coloring poster as a an option for students who have successfully fished their work and had some extra time. It came without and tears or creases. It was the perfect size. It worked well with colored pencils.

Hanging on the wall in the hallway and when the moment hits you the variety of items I have to color with are right there. Do any spot any color and move on when you want.
