Easy release and such a great bar to make. I made Dubai pistachio bars with these. Worked out perfectly. A little deeper would be good, but everything released perfectly with these

Versatile and good quality, but best for thinner fillings or advanced users
The media could not be loaded. I bought this Mity Rain deep silicone chocolate bar mold specifically to try making the trending pistachio knafeh stuffed bars — and while it definitely works, there are some things to keep in mind depending on your skill level and what you're planning to make.First, the pros:The silicone quality is great. It’s sturdy, non-stick, and easy to clean (I’ve used it in the dishwasher with no issues). You get six bar cavities per mold and 100 storage bags, which is a nice bonus if you're batching for gifts or events. It’s safe to use in the freezer, oven, or microwave, and I’ve tried both cold-set and baked recipes without issues. You can get creative — I’ve tried stuffing with pistachio knafeh, but also used it for nut butter bombs and protein bar experiments. Now the considerations:Although it’s marketed as “deep,” each bar is only 0.6 inch thick, so if you're doing filled chocolate bars (especially with chunky fillings like date paste or knafeh), you’ll need to pour very thin chocolate layers to leave room inside. That also means your chocolate tempering has to be on point — a poorly tempered shell this thin can crack or break during demolding.Because the mold has six bars connected, it’s a little awkward to tilt evenly when trying to coat the bottom and sides with chocolate. I found it easier to use a spoon or brush to guide the chocolate where I wanted it.Pro tip: Pour a thin base layer for filled bars and use the fridge to firm it up quickly. Then fill, cap with a final layer of chocolate, and chill again before unmolding.Final thoughts:This is an excellent mold for anyone with experience working with filled chocolates or fat bombs. If you’re a beginner, know there’s a slight learning curve, but the results can look professional once you master the technique.

Best mold for making perfect caramels!
Such a great item. I love to make soft caramels and make them often. These molds are so easy to use, they pop out easily and I can wrap them quickly and they clean up easily for the next batch! Each mold makes 40 candies. I now have 8 molds. Great for holiday candies!

Very Handy to mold liquid or broth etc.
These work great to shape smaller food for the freeze dryer.. put juice in then freeze and pop out of molds and put in freeze dryer. Haven't tried them for other applications yet. Great size for small flavored ice cubes also.

Very thin mold
The mold is very thin and not easy to spread the chocolate into especially on the sides.
