Replacement Remote Control for Technics SA-DX940

The instruction "manual" is a single sheet of paper that tells you which buttons on this thing actually DO something, and then it's only about half right. Critical functions aren't even represented, such as tone controls and moving from one surround mode to another. It tells you that last one can be done...but it can't. On top of that, if you're not standing right in front of the receiver, don't bother trying to use it. You have to move to where you're within about 10 degrees of dead center. Which kind of defeats the purpose of having a remote. If you insist on wasting your money, do it on something interesting. Like chocolate covered habanero peppers.

Super easy to connect to the stereo. We have a (Technics SA-DX940 Stereo Receiver) and have really missed being able to mute the stereo during commercials. Fantastic! Even turns the Stereo dial up and down with no issues. Goodbye hearing commercials!

I own a technique reciever, still works great at 20 years old, but my remote was shot. I almost just bought a new reciever, but this product was easy to connect and works wonderful. It's a great product, thanks for making!
