Q: I'm a big fella with a thick neck. Will this fit me?

Small will not fit, I had to return for a bigger size both the length chest and neck are too small for me. I am a short but big guy as well. larger size has not come in yet will post when it does. But in all good quality.

Q: What is the neck size in inches on the small alb?

I am not sure. I am a size 15 neck and it fits me fine with the velcro cross overs.
