it is OCP. its tru-spec, and tru-spec clothing items are able to be worn on duty in most cases. its not fire retardant. this blouse is good for militia and training, but i dont believe this item is suitable for deployments

It is an identical match to OCPs. (With some very minor differences) For a possibly cheaper price. Yes large/ small is supposed to be large/short.

Q: Does China make American military uniforms

I was never in the military, but I have read that the American military buys only American made equipment and uniforms. It makes sense to me. I hope this helps.
