Awesome Value For Your Money!!
If you enjoy building Cold War jets then you will love this kit! Goes together very well with minimal filler, very accurate and the decals are very good. While some may be put off by the Multi Colored Plastic, if you use a decent primer that will not be an issue. Decals are also included for the extensive weapons set. Even though only one marking option is provided, there are many inexpensive aftermarket decal sheets available. The Academy F-4's are now King of the Phantom Hill!!

Highly detailed model with very small parts so be patient.
Lots of details the cockpit but directions are a little sketchy. All in all I’m very satisfied with the final model and will put this with other VN aircraft at my local VA Center in Fresno, California.

Missing Key Parts
Model arrived quickly, however after opening and doing a sprue count, it was missing the clear plastic sprue , as well as sprue number B.

Mostly good.
Only bad thing about this model is colored parts, rest is good. This will be my second F-4 after Academy 1/48 Grey Ghosts.

Not already built
The advertisement illustrated a complete build and no indication that it has to be assembled. Level of assembly is high to professional. This model is not for the novice but, only an experiences model builder should attempt this build
