Q: Will this walker go through a 21inch door opening?

I put mine together with the wheels on the inside of the frame which makes it substantially narrower, about 21.5" measured from outer tips of the axles. My bathroom has 24" doors. Since they can't be opened fully past 90 degree angle due to cabinets in the way, there is not a full 24" clear opening. This walker just does barely fit through. I'm happy with it.

Q: Can this be used and leave in shower as leverage from seating to stand up by oneself?

It can if it will fit in the shower with a person.

Q: Does this walker come with foam grips?

Mine did not come with foam grips. Just plastic like material that comes pre-wrapped on the handles.

Q: Does this walker work well ?

Yes. It works well. The main advantage is that it is narrower than most walkers so can fit through doorways that are narrow like ensuite bathroom access which is usually about 24" in many modern homes.
