They are big and for some difficult to swallow but I have no issue with them. There’s no taste and I never seem to get any side effects from them. These do really help me.After a few weeks of taking them I noticed a significant reduction in neck ache, pain going into my head and that crunching sound in my head when turning my head and neck. Like any medication and vitamins they take some time before you start to notice the benefits but these definitely work for me. I stopped taking them on one occasion as I forgot to order them and then time passed by and I noticed the pain and crunching coming back.
