Not for household use
This expensive bulb is advertised for household use. When it was received, the box says not for household use, but for photo use. Contacted the company who said it was fine for household. Put it in a lamp and it lasted for approx 2 weeks then failed, after very limited use.

Unsatisfactory
This was a very unsatisfactory purchase from you via a third party. I purchased this product for use on a Philip Stark lamp. It transpired that the product was for photographic work and not household use.This fact was not made clear on your web page.

not suitable for home use!
The product received was a PhotoLux Specialist Photo Lamp that says it is "NOT SUITABLE FOR HOUSEHOLD ILLUMINATION". I ordered a Halolux Ceram for household use. I would like to return this product. Very annoying.

Must avoid
Finally I received this light bulb, it worked for 30 minutes then it’s broken. Totally unacceptable.
