On Amazon, the Barbecue Sushi Wraps contain garlic. We also make flavors for food service, Chickpea Garlic and Applewood Smoked Tomato, that contain garlic. Q: How long are they good for after opening?

Dear P. Shero, Thank you for your purchase of NewGem wraps. The expiration is printed on the package. They are good until the expiration after opening as long as the wraps are sealed in the original package and kept in a dry place. Q: How many carbs for each sheet?

Depends on choice. Carbs are 3 (carrot), 4(tomato), 5 (mango). I use them to make wraps for lunch quite often. Replaces sandwiches all those bread carbs. Plus gluten free which nesessary for me.
