I bought aculief to see if it would help with my wrist pain which isn’t really helped with painkillers. The first time I tried it the pain instantly disappeared which I wasn’t expecting! Since then whenever I’ve used it the pain either disappears completely or dials right down. I think it is well worth trying as it avoids the problems associated with long term painkiller use and I’ve found it to be very effective.

The Aculief hasn't provided any relief from my migraines so far, which is such a shame as I had hoped it would help me stop taking so many pain meds.The device itself is quite well made, and I needed to stretch it slightly as it was quite tight on my hand. Order was dispatched quickly and customer service seems very good so far.Edited to add: Customer service then blocked me on Facebook (I guess as I managed to buy it in the EU and it's not supposed to be sold here?!) so not that helpful in the end!

This is amazing tbh. I'm quite big on complementary/alternative health however am also very skeptical aso several things have not worked for me and am a big believer in integrative healthcare. Anyway.. I have terrible migraines with pms and if I eat a lot of cheese that it takes days of extra strength paracetamol to attempt to clear it and it doesn't always work. I used this in combination with extra strength paracetamol and my migraine was relieved after 5 minutes of using this.. I keep it on for as long as possible because when I take it off the symptoms cone back so I combine this with extra strength paracetamol first established results for me. My dizziness faded after 5 minutes and pain reduced. Would highly recommend to anyone who suffers headaches or migraines to use alone or with a pain relieving medication. It also helps to relieve some of my stress aso I feel more relaxed with it. So of anyone has PTSD like me, you could also give it a go for them really awful times.

This didn't work for me unfortunately, suffered with headaches 15 years plus. Made quite an indent on my hand, that's when it stayed on. You need to be still for it to stay on, can't work with it on or do much other than keep your hand still and if you live a busy like it's impossible

My headaches are not migraines but I am still experiencing relief with this neat little bit of kit that fits discreetly into a pocket or bag for use when a headache strikes.I'm pleased with the results :)

Had high hopes for this product as I suffer from headaches and migraines. Did absolutely nothing to help. Waste of money.

I get a lot of cluster headaches over days at a time and I genuinely believe this helps. I would rather use this and my head soothe and only use medication as a last resort. As someone who has always suffered with headaches since my teens i find painkillers just dont work for me.This is my second clip as i lost my last one and tried the cheaper non branded ones on ebay which do no stay on at all, avoid them, although this is more expensive it stays on my hand and actually sits in the right place.

Suffered with headaches for 7 years constantly, within 20 minutes of wearing headache eased a lot or went, highly recommended. Great price going to buy more as a spare for keeping at work etc.
