The media could not be loaded. I bought this product and just received today after a week , we prepared everything ready and we were ready to use it but for us surprise one side of the machine doesn’t work at all …

was a little confusing at first but all you have to do is connect the hose to the propane tank and then turn the propane tank to open and then turn on the machine, turn the heat nozzles on, then light it with a lighter. besides all that though it’s a good household machine, highly recommended.

I purchased this product and it was delivered in not ideal conditions. I gave my review of it based off my original experience. Once the retailer was aware of my review they immediately reached out to make things right. They were very polite and customer service focused. A new one was shipped out. The second one was received in perfect condition and appears to work as it should. I would do business with this retailer again. I appreciate how they handled the situation.

We pulled it out the box to get it ready for a Father’s Day cookout this weekend but it looks used & dented. There was an oily residue on the plate part which my husband Thougt may have been from assembly but all these dents and scratches make me think otherwise. Will be returning
