I did not pay attention to the fact that the 110 power prongs folded down on the unit and I thought it was external cord like the 12 volt was. So I wrote them and they actually called me to let me know, just as I got them on the phone I picked the unit us and saw the power prongs, I felt so embarrassed, but they just was happy I was happy. Great going guys.

The charger is effective and a sweet product for such a good deal, but the plastic smells horrible! Especially when you are charging the battery and the plastic heats up. The charger also comes in a really cheap package, as if it came from a dollar store warehouse. Overall, as I mentioned, a steal for the price offered. Would I buy something again from the company I chose this charger from? Probably not, unless I was desperate.

Excellent, went right to work charging both batteries for my Samsung MiniDV camera. I had the original battery, but the camera would run for only a few minutes when I tried to use it, so I bought a new battery and the charger, since I didn't know which one was bad. charged the new battery with the original charger, still only a few (less than 5) minutes operation, about a half-hour with the original battery on the Kastar charger (yeah, the battery is fading, too). Thrilled to have the camera back, and the new charger and battery have me back to 1 hour 10 minutes of operation.

This charger is well worth the money. I lost mine when we moved and replaced it with this model. Works perfect.

Worked once... now, it doesn't do anything. Does not recharge any of the three batteries I have tried, does not even turn on it's own recharging light.
