Bought this remote figuring it would successfully control my CORES 612R18 which was NOT listed to do so. Works perfectly. Arrives is a couple of days!

Remote will have issues
Skip this product unless you want to deal with the hassle of emailing the company due to an issue they are FULLY aware of. There is connection issues with the positive part of the spring where you put the batteries. The company sent me a replacement which still has the same issue. When I emailed them to let them know they tried to say it’s my ac unit that has the issue now. My ac is new so that’s not the issue. Requested a refund though Amazon.

I am returning the second one of these which is defective and has the same battery spring connection problem as the first one I purchased! A little quality check up might be necessary for this company.
