Small and the lid stays tight! I use an alcoholic mixture inside so that it will freeze but still be slushy and molds to my skin this way. Blue part of the bag does not get wet that much there’s a little moisture on it but it doesn’t get into my clothing the metal piece around the mouth does get quite wet and that is not my favorite thing the fact that the lid closes tight and that is it is completely sealed is a great benefit in order to make sure that my clothes do not get wet I just wrapped the ice bag in a light cotton towel and the cotton towel absorb any extra moisture that is produced. I like this size using it the way that I do with soft liquid however I would not want to suggest that you use actual ice cubes in a bag this size. If you’re going to use ice cubes I suggest you go up to the larger size 9 inch. I think this is a good deal. I am happy I got one

Life saver!! I use this whenever I feel a migraine coming on. Much better than a gel ice pack (which quickly looses its cool) or a ziplock baggie full of ice (which inevitably somehow leaks on you) or even a hard ice pack (which keeps it’s cool, but is hard to get on the correct surface area in a comfortable position..plus you need a towel or something between you & the ice pack).This lil’ sucker is small so it’s great for travel or just for any time use (or for kids).It’s refillable, making it quick & easy to get more cold as soon as you need it.It doesn’t leak.It’s form fitting.Love it. Would highly suggest it.

Bought it for tendonitis of the elbow. Just the right size and does not leak or have condensation on the bag. Great price at $3.08. Buy an Ace bandage to hold it in place. Also bought an Azmed ice bag with wrap, $10.95. The bag leaked immediately no matter how tight I screwed the cap on. I am 5'8' and 175 pounds (not skinny) and barely could get the wrap on tight enough to hold the bag in place. Had to balloon the bag out with a maximum fill of ice. Review of this product is not accepted because of unusual review activity. Probably because there are so many complaints

The six inch bags are usually much more useful. But if you need a really small area, they work fine. I think these English Ice bags work much better than the Blue Ice Gel things.

I purchased this little ice pack for my husband. It was a life saver. No leakage, the quality is phenomenal, very easy to use. The price is worth every penny

I keep is semi filled in my freezer. We have used it a number of times to target muscle injuries. Works well.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this ice pack! My lower back was injured in a car accident earlier this year. I get lots of inflammation and have to ice it throughout the day at the office. The 6 inch is the perfect size and my clothing stays dry. I've ordered 2 thus far and will probably order the larger sizes in the near future. I love this product!

This product holds ice and does not leak but is a bit smaller than I thought it would be.
