Amazing Traction and great fit
I have a steep water management ditch in front of my house in the right-of-way. I can never mow it and always have to weed whack it because it always has an inch of water standing in it. Before I got these tires, I couldn't even come within 3 feet of it without bogging down in the mud and getting stuck and having to get a shovel and 2x4's to build a ramp to get out. Well after getting these tires tonight and mounting them on my Cub Cadet LTX-1046 I couldn't be happier. These fit the stock rims perfectly, don't worry about trying to find the 20x8-8. These 20x10-8 work just fine with plenty of clearance. Nothing to worry about the deck goes in all of it's positions with no problems. I drove right out into the middle of the ditch water and all and drove right back out all without losing an ounce of traction. It was like these tires gave my tractor testicles. LOL! For once it didn't get stuck and cause me to start cursing up a storm. Seriously it was like night and day difference. I can't wait to get out there this weekend and drive right through that muddy bog mess with the engine roaring!. You won't be disappointed, I promise. Now I just have to buy the ones for the front to control this new found monster mower's steering. If you decide to dismount the old tires and remount these, just a tip. Go to home depot and buy a couple packs of the medium vice grips, they will make this job a breeze. Drain the air pressure, Break the bead seal, Go slow baby bites and pry the bead up a couple inches at a time. Clamp it and keep moving, don't try to get it all up at once or you will rip the bead in half. Keep going all the way around and then repeat on the opposite side. After that flip the tire over and get some soapy dish water, rub it all over the rim and inside of the bead of the tire and it will slip right off with a little coaxing from a big flat head screw driver. Now to put these on what I did was soap the rims and tires. Flip a 5 gallon paint bucket upside down and set the tire on it. Use your knee and press down on one corner and use your screw driver to lift the bead onto the rim. Clamp it with the vice grip and move on doing the same thing I recommended above just go an inch or so at a time and you will have no problems. Repeat on the other side. Since these are bigger then the stock tires, you will have no problems getting the bead to seat to the rim. If you have an air compressor the job is made simple. I blew mine up to 30 and the bead seated with ease. I then bled some of the pressure off and kept them at 25 which is the max I am comfortable with. Hope this helps, I searched all night and took all the good tips I saw and condensed them into this review for others that might not want to spend $$ at the tire store to get the new tires mounted.

Stop struggling and just get them already!
Absolute game changer. Steep inclines are no match for these tires. Areas that were off limits with the original turf saver tires are now FUN!I ran out of grass to mow and now I’m just looking forward to next week so I can mow again! I’d mow my neighbors lawns too if I could!Seriously. Don’t be stubborn like I was for years. Get a pair of these and have fun mowing! They’re worth every penny and then some!Advice:1. I took them to a local shop to mount on the rims (about $20 a pop). It’s not worth the time, struggle or the cost of the tools to do it yourself. Trust me.2. Also, if you have a husqvarna yth, when taking the tires off the tractor, make sure you don’t lose the square key thats on each tire. I didn’t know that even existed but thankfully the shop saw them stuck to the rim and held on to them. Otherwise, it would’ve been a pain to order and wait for new ones.Because Amazon keeps asking:Shape: TorusInflation: With airQuality: Tough and ruggedFit: Perfect (Husqvarna YTH24V48)Enjoy!

Great tires.. Good price..
The factory turf saver tires that my new yard tractor came with were no match for the steep inclines in my backyard, the tires just spun in place and laughed at me as as tried multiple times to go up at different angles with no luck. I searched online to find a solution to this problem and saw a lot of people replacing their turf savers with AG tires. So off I went to my local TSC and they had 2 of them in stock, but they charged a hundred bucks each. That seemed high for such small tires, so I checked Amazon on my phone and found the same exact tire much cheaper, so I left the store and ordered them from the parking lot. They arrived quickly (prime 2 day) along with some new rims (I didn't want to scratch up the almost new factory wheels). After fighting with it for quite a while with different tools/methods, I managed to get the first tire on the rim using a pry bar and a couple of bar clamps. After getting the hang of it with the first one the second tire went on much easier. Since the tires are 2" wider than the factory 20x8x8 tires, the bead pretty much set itself. I also used STEELMAN G10106 Tire Rim Bead Sealer - 1 Quart before inflating and it worked quite well (good insurance against bead leakage, but it isn't required). The tires cleared the fenders and frame with room to spare; They do clear the mower deck on my machine, but only by about 1/8" so that might be an issue for some. After getting these puppies on I immediately tried them out on the hills and though I expected to still get some slippage they went right up the hills no problem, and I can actually brake while going down a hill (bonus!). There are a few spots of loose dirt where my dog likes to dig up and while trying to go up those areas the tires would spin and dig a deep hole in the dirt, but even those areas were still climbable with a little speed first. I have mowed the yard several times now (including when the grass was not fully dry) and these tires have worked great. They do leave tire tracks in some of the bare spots, but they were fine on the healthy lawn, no tearing or ripping up grass. All in all I am very happy with these tires, and the price was good. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a hilly yard and is experiencing traction problems with their turf savers. Sorry for the long review, I hope this was helpful.
