Great for carrying necessary pills in your pocket without bulging
I have a few medicines that I need to have on hand wherever I am, and I've used a few different pill boxes, but this is my favorite. It is nice looking, doesn't leave a noticeable bulge in my pocket, and it fits a surprising amount of pills. It also stays closed firmly until you push the tab.

Very Unique
It’s very vintage looking. Which I love. The color and finish is super cool! It’s a bit smaller but perfect for me. It was able to hold 3 big Motrins and a few of my smaller emergency meds. It could fit more if wanted too. Snap is good! 😊

Really pretty. Looks classy
Really pretty. Looks classy. One problem. You'll notice that the walls of the white organizer inside the case don't reach the lid. This means there is a gap between the lid and the section dividers in the case. If a pill is small enough, it can fit between the lid and the top of the section divider and get into another section. Not a big deal if all your pills are different sizes and shapes, but definitely a big deal if your pills look similar but perform totally differently or are in different doses. Plus, the whole point of an organizer is to organize. When they're all together in one section, they are not organized.I loved the case and wanted to keep it so I problem solved a solution that works fine. I cut out a circle of think cardboard (i.e. the thickness of a box of tea, which is what I used, actually) and placed it on top of the divider. It's smaller in diameter than the outer metal case and doesn't stick out. It must be thick enough to do the job because I don't have any other spills. My tea cardboard had soft pink roses on it, so I'm actually kind of happy because it looks nice with the brass. The fact that you might have to rig up a system like mine is not a problem because the pill case is so nice. You don't see the cardboard on the outside, so the cardboard doesn't affect the look of the case. If you have large pills, you won't even need to cardboard. Test it and see before you decide.

It fits
...my huge multivitamins. 4 for the week. I can prob pack 2 more but they're capsules that can open so I'm not going to force it.

Classy indeed, but hinge is worrisome
Recent events have required me to carry around multiple pills throughout the day. Before the Classy Brass Pill Box, I was using the typical pill box from the pharmacy, which was embarrassing and not very safe, nor practical. It's only been a few days, but I'm no longer embarrassed and less stressed about having to travel with my meds in my pocket.Pros:- Compact. Box comfortably fits in jeans or shorts pocket with little show through.- Design is very classy. The brass finish has a clear coat of some sort, but it does not take away from the design.- Clasp button to open and close is effective thus far.Cons:- The hinge, as mentioned in another review, does look fragile. However, I have not noticed any degradation of quality yet.- Not child proof. Of course, to no fault of Houder, but nonetheless a con. I have a 4 year old and he is just as interested in my new box as I am.- Small pills cross over to either side.Final thoughts:I'm absolutely in love with the product and would be devastated if anything were to happen to it. I think it's a tad pricey for a pill box, but due to its unique design, it is warranted.

Best Pocket Pill Case To Date, and Going Strong
I love this thing, for so many reasons. I've tried a handful of different pill cases in the past that all had durability issues, or would simply open by themselves too easily. This one has been in my pocket for probably six months now. I was first drawn to how simple and rustic this one is. It's a little thinner than some of the other ones I've had, which I like because it fits more easily into the pocket watch pocket in my jeans. If it ever does break, I will definitely buy it again. My only caution would be, if you have medicine that could be harmful to kids, be sure to keep this out of their reach because it is not hard to open. (Monkey see monkey do). Mine is either in my pocket or stored away at all times, and I tend to avoid modeling its use in front of them just to be safe.

The media could not be loaded. Most beautiful pill box, so sturdy. Please just buy it.

Does not keep pills separated
Very nice looking case. But the divider doesn’t continue to the lid so small pills mix around in the case.
