58" Heavy Black Bridal Satin Fabric by The Yard - 1 Yard

WOW FACTOR!!!!! Exceeded my expectations! I am a costume designer, more specifically Flamenco costumes including Bata de Cola. I wanted something for the ruffles that is not flimsy, and will retain flair without. Being too heavy. Well, this is perfect! The only drawback is that the delivery was a little slow. And I work with deadlines, but regardless, I will order from this seller again.

I like the fabric. I was thinking about not buying it but I'm glad I bought it. The fabric was heavier than I thought it was. I like it that doesn't shine that much.

This fabric is more sturdy and less flexible than other satin fabrics that I've worked with, however, it still falls apart at the edges. I appears beautifully and is nice to work with once the edges are sewn in to prevent it from fringing.

The fabric seems to be a good quality fabric. However, it looked like someone ripped it with their teeth instead of cutting an even piece of fabric. I lost a couple inches of fabric due to how it was torn.

Not heavy weight whatsoever! Matter of fact the cheapest piece of satin I've ever touch!

This is NOT heavy satin. This is lining satin and perfect for my purposes of lining handmade bags, but not for making actual clothing from though.

Beautiful fabric. I use it to take photos of different wooden crafts my husband creates. This works great!!
