Been happily using the older model XP-16000-QC2 for over a year. Brilliant product that has helped me in many situations from powering LED lights, charging laptop, power controllers in the field ranging from 12-24v. Thought I would treat myself to a newer model with higher capacity however after charging a pair of bluetooth headphones it failed about 5 minutes into powering a 24v 0.65A mbus level convertor. The button does nothing on the side, no power output from usb or barrel jack. It will not charge by USB on many chargers I have from 5v 1A-2.4A and a few laptop chargers that all work with the old model. Looks like a faulty device so will see how the customer service is in response to this review.Update:Amazon refunded the money and I bought another one. A few weeks in and it's still working. One of the most versatile power packs on the market. I definitely recommend.

This is an excellent unit, very versatile, I've tested its capacity and its a little off the 20100mAh, nearer 12000 but I would still recommend it as still has a lot of capacity and is great for charging a laptop as well as the standard 5v stuff. It charges my HPx360 fine although you need to set it to 20v (not 19v), also use the correct adapter otherwise you may fine it wont charge but will still run it. Its compact and not very heavy so a great all round backup power unit.

Surpassed my expectations.I've been using this for 5 months, and mainly bought it for my Lenovo Miix 520 hybrid laptop / tablet, which I love but has poor battery life, and also can't be charged via USB; 65W DC mains adaptor only. (I also had to buy an adaptor head for lenovo's socket size - see photo - 4.0mm x 1.7mm Male to 5.5mm x 2.1mm Female).All the other products I found were very bulky and provided a mains socket, meaning you'd need to carry the laptop's mains adaptor along with it, were 3 star rated, and around twice the price. I also obviously didn't want to carry a separate charger for my phone, or its wall charger as well, so wanted something to cover all those bases.This does the job perfectly. It holds its a charge excellently (seems roughly around what they state, maybe a little less), remembers the voltage you set it to (20v for lenovo miix) which I'm really glad about because setting it every time would be an accidental too-high-setting waiting to happen, and the display is handy for seeing how much power your device is actually drawing.It also actually manages to charge my phone and tablet faster than their wall chargers: I was never able to use my old Samsung Galaxy Note 2014 tablet while charging and still have it go up before, but now I can.All round, great product.

Brought this to power a Rear view Wifi Camara for my Caravan. It was the right size to fit into the Internal door pocket. (New caravan, dont want any holes yet). Only droped about 40% of its charge on a 5 hour Journey so good. Its smart and solid enough and offers Voltage options. Only concern is it dosent seem to turn off (Only one buttun which cycles through ON and Voltage settings) Unit turns itself off automattically if device is fully charged or no output required which works, though personaly I would prefer option to turn of using the power button but thats nit-picking realy. Two USB outputs. Dosent get overley hot either despite 3 hours though that may depend on actual draw. Overall Great product

Works well, It hasn't been used many times but when it was it handled my requirements very well.I used it to drive my telescope mount, It ran for a couple of hours and dropped the charge by less than 20%.I particulary like the %charge indicator and the fact that I can charge from a USB charger if necessary.The real test of course is how long it remains fully functioning. So far so really good.

Holds a charge well. The only one I could find with multiple adapters for devices. It fits the Ashford electric spinner which is what a bought it for. I can now spin wool on the go without having to take my spinning wheel.Compact. Heavy enough not to move, light enough to travel with.

Expensive but really well made. I bought it for its functionality. It provides selectable voltages from 12V to 20V as well as almost endless USB charging. The 12v charging from a car socket is really fast, too. I bought it specifically for an ultra low noise 12V supply for an audio project but have found I now have bragging rights over all the other battery packs out there! :)
