We host a large Thanksgiving dinner for our friends and family each year. Keeping so much food warm has been a challenge.Every year I looked at buffet dishes, but without trying them out first, it was hard to justify spending the money (we needed 6 of them). Messing with steno seemed like too much bother. On the other hand, I wasn't sure a tea candle would be enough heat. If it was hot enough, without a water bath would the food scorch? So, years passed without making a purchase.If any of those concerns are holding you back, don't hesitate to buy these! They kept our food warm for the entire gathering. Four hours after we sat down to dinner people were packing steaming hot to go boxes of leftovers.They clean up easily and stack nicely for storage. Great product!

I absolutely love these Cuisinart Buffet Servers. I purchased both the 11” Round, and 2 of the 12” Rectangular. They are far more useful than a traditional chafing dish, and I like that I can simply use tea light candles instead of icky Sterno. Rectangular holds 5 Qts and Round holds 3 Qts; perfect for Mains in the larger one, and a side of rice, quinoa, or couscous in the round! Love it, and very satisfied. Looks great too!

This item was just perfect for my sons HS graduation party. I didn’t want to use those disposable ones with the wire rack. It worked like a charm, very elegant. I will buy a few more, also it holds more than I thought it would.I had originally ordered three from another maker on Amazon, after a week and a half they told me they were out of stock and it would take 3 months to get them! So I canceled that and went on a hunt, I only had days to find something else. I didn’t add a photo because I was so busy hosting the event, silly me I forgot to take ANY pics 🤦🏽‍♀️ we had a great time though. Thank you Cuisinart !!! These came just in time. ❤️😊

Ordered this server for a holiday cocktail party and it worked great! Was able to go from stovetop to table with the same pan and the two tea light candles kept the food suprisingly warm. Really good size in that it is not too large that it takes up a ton of room but you can fit a decent amount of food in it. Deep sides make it great for items with sauces and the lit helps to keep the heat in. Would definitely recommend this for the price - easy way to keep food warm and keep your party classy!

We were concerned about it burning the mashed potatoes since that sat in it for a while but nope, they were hot and ready to serve without sticking at all. Love it.

This is a beautiful buffet piece and right-sized for a small party. There are few to choose from if you don't want 3-section restaurant style buffet dishes. It is about 2 1/2 quarts to the top of the dish. It held about 60 meatballs with sauce. The dish is shallow enough that guests can serve themselves with toothpicks. It is very reasonably priced and has the great Cuisinart quality. The dish can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
