perfect fit, the shelf bra actually provides good support, and the fabric is quite thick and looks good. XL is long enough for a taller person and stretchy enough for a curvier figure, but measuring the leotard I would expect it to also sit smoothly on a slimmer person. Very happy with my purchase.
