This is a great magnesium gel for sore muscle and cramps. I use it before and after running. I’ve used other magnesium gels and leave a gross-feeling film, but this absorbs nicely and has essential oils that also help relax and soothe muscles. I like that it’s a smaller container so you can travel with it or pack easily for a race or in a workout bag.

seriously, I have had many running injuries over my 30 years that have left aches and still get pain after a long run. I came across this at the Bolder boulder race this year at the booth and they were handing out samples. I tried it out, thinking this is going to be similar to Voltaren gel, Which doesn’t do much for my aches or tightness. I put some on my feet and the PAIN.WAS. GONE. If I could fill up a swimming pool of this and bathe in it the next day after my half marathons, believe me, I would. However, the neighbors already think I’m weird—maybe Ill fill a kiddie pool up with it. Best of I’ve ever tried.

It’s really good for night leg cramps.

Honestly don’t think this works…..I notice no difference.

When pain hits, rub the gel on, heat your heat pad, I use a pad that can be heated inmicrowave, put the heat on the gel, deep, deep, relief. My heat pad is micro beads, Ihave 4.
