This is a worthwhile purchase
I bought this product to store my wild bird food inI am so pleased with it. You can never tell when you are buying plastic containers. Some can be very substantial. Some can be what I call. “ Crack and snap”Not so in this case. It held over 12 kg worth of birdseed and that didn’t even fill it up The top part I will be keeping the birds fat balls and peanuts still waiting for those to arrive from Amazon this afternoon The lids are substantial. Feel very strong And definitely form a good sealThe castors is fitted well. Although personally I did find them a little hard push in , but then that was just me ! It just glides around the floor and I found it ideal to sit in a dining chair and fill it upI am hoping to get many years of use out of this storage set. It’s bright cheerful, attractive looking in my opinion and I hope my photographs help those who are interested in purchasing this. I would give it five stars. Thank you

Perfect way to store pet food
Very neat, perfect size, easy to wheel around, useful scoop that cleverly fits on the side.Main dog food in the large container and treats in the top one. They both securely clip shut, maintaining the food dry and fresh.Great for keeping my three Cockerpoos very happy, would definitely recommend it!

Brilliant for large per food sacks
I buy 15kg bags of cat food. Between both containers it holds it. I scoop out food to fill the top container, and then reseal the sack and leave it in the bottom section. So easy to feed my pets..before this I’d be reaching into the bottom of the sack by the end, whereas now I just use the top container. Looks a lot neater too. Before I kept the sack in a plastic rubbish bin, but it looked messy. This is much neater, and because it’s on wheels I can manoeuvre it to clean. I’d certainly recommend.

Cheap rubbish and NOT airtight
Cheap rubbish - don’t waste your money. Not airtight - the closing clips don’t hold lids shut properly.

Had to compromise to be happy with it
I got this as it seemed like a perfect solution to a problem I have been having. The brand of food I buy for my dog only offers 2.5 kg bags and 15 kg bags. The smaller bag only lasts her two weeks and works out much more expensive whereas the bigger bag may be cheaper in the long run but it takes her more than six weeks to finish it (the recommended period of consumption after you open the pack). After some research, I found that putting the bag in an airtight container such as this one will prolong the freshness of the food. A lot of people have also stated that the bottom container is able to fit 15 kg of food so I was like yeS THIS IS WONDERFUL IT IS ALL COMING TOGETHER HER DRY FOOD WILL GO INTO THE BOTTOM AND HER WET FOOD WILL GO IN THE TOP MUCH WOW MANY EXCITES but it was not to be...I managed to put this together without too much hassle and right then I knew I had doubts - it seemed a little too small to be so capable of everything that I had been promised. But goddammit I carried on anyway.By the time I got this, my doggy had already been through about 4 kg of the bag so it wasn't brand new. I attempted to put the bag in the container, but this was not possible. See, the bottom is narrower than the top so it was hard to squash it in due to the strange shape. After about ten minutes, I gave up and poured it in. Bearing in mind this was 11 kg, it pretty much filled the container. There was a little space left but I doubt it could get another 4 kg in there unless you force the lid down (compromising the air-tightness of the lid, thus making the whole purpose of this container null and void if not straight away, definitely over time). You could definitely fit 15 kg of dog food if you used both containers, though. My dog eats Skinners Field and Trial so the kibble pieces are quite large and triangular in shape - maybe this is why I cannot fit in a full 15...? Who knows, but the real problem for me was the shape and the fact I couldn't get the bag in. Pouring it in means more oxidation which was what I was trying to avoid.Personally, I wouldn't leave this in a place that my dog can reach when she is alone either. It only clips on one side and having a border collie means she will easily see it as a problem to solve. If she found a way to topple it over, I'm not too confident the clip will stay put... The plastic itself is good quality and seems quite sturdy. The wheels are super useful but I don't see them lasting long under so much weight. But at the end of the day, losing the wheels wont compromise the point of the container so I don't really mind.I absolutely love the scoop though! I have been using measuring jugs and cups to transfer food into the storage tin in the kitchen so it is certainly a less messier option. It even has some handy measurements if you need it. It all seems waterproof so I am not worried about the food getting damp and the seal seems durable. If I bought this in a shop, I would return this but I can't be bothered with the hassle so I'm just going to keep it as is. I am certain her food will be fine but if not, I'll just get the smaller bags.

Catches
Overall, it is a good product and does the job it is supposed to. The clips, especially on the smaller box, tend to come undone easily when you lift it off the larger one. Several times I have lifted it and the clip has come undone in my hands and I have been very lucky that the contents have not ended up all over the floor! I would like to see these made a bit tighter to undo.

Perfect
Product is very well made and sturdy and very good value for money .The large compartment fits large sack of dog food in with ease scoop is a very generous size too. Small compartment is plenty big enough for 4 kg of puppy biscuitsHighly recommend this product I’m so impressed I’m going to purchase another one

NOT Airtight
It’s a good set, fits in my 10kg bag of dog food and 48 food pouches, but it certainly isn’t air tight. The foam seal is really bad on the wheely container but the smaller one is fine.
