I bought a couple of 32" Philips TV's to use as large computer monitors. I found out I needed this special remote for programming as they were Commercial TV's. This remote was just what I needed, worked perfectly.

I had a TV that was originally a HOTEL TV, and it was stuck is some weird mode and I could not get it to actually accept any new settings. There was NO documentation or Manual for the TV (at all), and you could not find/buy the original remote, so had to take a chance and try this one..... IT WORKED. I needed it for ONE BUTTON to say SET/OKAY/ENTER and after that it was able to be recognized by my cable remote/box and now all is well. I would have had to toss the TV if it didn't work - so am very pleased.

Worked as described and came quickly.Let me unlock the buttons on the hotel TV I got years ago.Also great to have for those hotel tvs that are locked down.Try to keep me from using the HDMI?I don't think so.

A little pricey, but it worked will for some Hotel TVs I had that I needed to program.

We bought the tv from an auction for $25 for my office, but it came from a hotel with no remote. Found instructions to bypass/remove the hotel menu using this remote. Works great and no more hotel menu.

I have a used motel sony 32HF77945D/27. The green remote is no longer available. This remote really does work to rescan for updated or moved over the air channels. Just go to menu. Auto install tv. You may need to move your digital aerial to capture all the channels definitely worth buying this remote! This saved my elderly mom from needing a new tv.
