The top label is somewhat misleading: It hides the bottom one, the one that clearly states that the pulse oximeter is made in China, not Germany. However, this is not a deal breaker for me. Rather I found the autorotate feature very irritating. Also, there is no battery indicator, no perfusion index, and the graph is quite unstable.

1. Biggest plus is that it operates on ordinary AAA cells2. Expected a bulkier product in view of the above. Pleasantly surprised by its small size and light weight despite using ordinary batteries3. Value for money

Battery's are not included. Jest now I received the item but there is no battery in it. Product is good but false information is given in specification.
