Super fast shipping. 3/8" fits my grizzly 6" chuck perfectly. Sliding handle takes a little getting used to, but is nice for some situations. Planning to buy a second one and weld it tight. For the price, why not have all the options?

Just like most reviews, this 1/4" chuck key didn't fit my chuck because the corners came to a sharp point. I simply centered it in a four jaw chuck and knocked the corners off to match the rounded corners of a 1/4" ratchet from an automotive socket set. It fits perfectly now. The other annoyance was that the T handle slides to provide more leverage, however welding it to the center didn't effect the amount of leverage required to torque the chuck. All in all, a worthy purchase.

This chuck key has one major key: the corners are not rounded. Most square drive chucks require rounded corners on the key. This one was only machined square, it is missing the finishing step of rounding the corners. If you have a grinder, this is easy to do. However, the manufacturer should do better.

I had to shave a few thousands off each side to make it fit. A pressision tool it is not.
