This was recommended by my doctor. I noticed a difference after taking it for 2 days. I mix mine in a little lemonade and use a "frother" to mix. It is a bit gritty

I should have listened to the review. Buyer be warned. This does not mix even in hot water, and then it settles to the bottom so that the last swallow is nothing but grit and seed hulls. It says unflavored and I should have known anything with flax, and seeds would not taste or mix great. I think it would be ok if you mixed it in with a smoothy or used a blender. I was trying to add it to coffee. Gross.

This was recommended by a special Dr.. I originally bought it at his Dr. Office. It’s cheaper through AMAZON but use subscription plan. However, 1/2 scoop is all that’s needed and recommended by Dr. I’ve been using for 1/2 year, and have no intention of stopping. Worth the money!

This has made me much healthier. I don't mind the taste at all (it kindof tastes like wheat) and it dissolves easily in water with a little stir. I never miss a day and it's worth every penny.
