Don’t let the price fool you
I also don’t write reviews normally but this is the best hole saw for the price , I drilled through 1 1/4” granite with ease and the saw is still like new , of course I used water to lubricant and went somewhat slowly , but it worked with flying colors !

great for DIY'er
Worked great - keep it wet, keep it cool. I know it's only four holes, but it's got many more left in it. Great for DIY. If I did tile & stone all the time, I'd spend more, but this is what I bought it for, cutting stone.

Did the job!
Needed to cut a 2 1/2" hole in the side of my septic tank. Didn't have high expectations given the cheap price - wrong! Did the job pretty quickly for a washing machine drain port. If it never cuts again it was worth it.

Really works!
I buy a lot on Amazon and rarely leave reviews, but this product deserves one. I have a very expensive diamond hole saw set but was missing a 3" one. I have never needed one that large and will likely never need one again so I was hesitant to spend 50$+ on one just to drill a single hole so this seemed like a good gamble.Well, my single hole was met with a couple of issues. The first was that it was through 12" inches of concrete. I knew about this one and because of the physical length limitations I had to drill from both sides of the wall. Not a big deal and I thought if this thing survives 12" I will have gotten my moneys worth. What I didn't anticipate was the 3 pieces of rebar contained in the concrete. Each was 3/4". I really swore when I found the first one and cursed myself for buying a cheap bit. However, I soldiered on and was amazed when I was able to cut through not just one, but all three pieces! It was actually not that bad; I really expected to work much harder at it,All this being said, I'm not sure how much life is left in the bit. It looks like about 3/4 of the diamond flake is still left so all in all the value is certainly there. Very well pleased with this item and very happy I didn't spend $50 for a single hole!

Excellent purchase
Worked as expected for 1/5th the expected cost.

Drill press only
Wanted to use it for an absolutely clean edge in plaster before going in to drill the underlying masonry with a carbide hole drill.Alas I missed that this does not have provision for a pilot drill. Disappointing as a result

Worked great x3
I am so pleased with how well this worked! We used it to cut 3 holes in 3 mirrors. There was some minor chipping of the silvering on the back of the mirror (we did tape the back to try to minimize this) but other than that they are pretty darn perfect. No cracking at all (we drilled very slowly). The minor chipping will be covered by what we're mounting on the mirrors through the holes so it really doesn't matter anyway. We made a small clay moat to help contain the water we poured in while drilling the holes and it worked well. The bit is still in near mint condition and looks like it could cut through many more mirrors without issue. If we took these to a glass shop to have them cut it would have cost way, way more than the cost of this bit. Amazing value. Would absolutely recommend it!
