For a luxury espresso experience, at a bargain price!
It's okay to have high standards in life (by buying the Bialetti) and yet be frugal (searching for and finding the best deal for Bialetti coffee pods). I have only my Italian wife and my own Scottish fore bearers to blame. Bradshaw International filled the need, and we are truly grateful. Great service. No crushed product box, either, like an earlier experience . . .

Terrible delivery packaging results in damaged product
While the coffee is excellent and delicious, the delivery packaging is terrible and results in these fragile aluminum pods getting damaged in the delivery process. I frequently buy this product and sometimes I get it delivered in a strong corrugated cardboard box with no problem, but sometimes it gets delivered in a cheap Amazon paper bag and every time they use the cheap Amazon paper bag, the contents are completely smashed. I don’t know if the source of the problem is the vendor using this cheap paper bag or probably someone at Amazon warehouse and distribution using a cheap paper bag. I try to always order at least four or eight espresso boxes so that they use the cardboard box because when you buy at least four or eight boxes it is easier to put into a larger and stronger cardboard box. When they use a paper bag to deliver, you can see that the fragile aluminum pods are all damaged now. Fortunately, the foil seal wasn’t broken and none of the coffee grinds leaked out, so you can bend back the capsules into shape to get them to fit into your espresso machine, but for the amount of money you’re paying for this coffee you shouldn’t have to do this so that’s why I gave it one star and it’s probably Amazon if anyone that is involved in this terrible delivery packaging choice to use a thin paper bag to deliver fragile aluminum pods.
