Update: I just increased my rating to 5 stars. After 4 months I have noticed a huge difference. I just chopped off my length and dead/fried hair after 2 years. My hair feels SO much thicker. And my hair stylist is absolutely in awe of how well it's been working for me. I continue to see more baby hairs growing. My hair is significantly less greasy than its ever been. Barely any shedding in the shower or in my hairbrush. I will definitely continue to use these capsules 2x a day. (One in the morning and one in the evening.) Original review: I got this cuz it was cheaper than the one I saw on tik tok, yet it has good reviews. Just wanted to try it. I have fine/thin/bleached hair and hate that I still see my scalp through the hair. A lot falls out too. Since starting this, I see wayyyyy less shedding and now new hair growth. I noticed this within 2 weeks. I even made my hair girl check to see if it was new growth or breakage. Her and 2 other girls at the salon agree its baby hairs and new growth. I've also noticed after a month that my hair is significantly less greasy the next day. I usually have to wash my hair daily because it gets so oily. Now I can skip a day often. I only took 1 capsule a day for starters because I had stomach issues for the first week or 2. I went up to 2 capsules a day. Morning and evening with my other daily meds. I haven't noticed any energy boost. Quality seems good, but I've seen other reviews where it's supposed to be more orange colored, and this is clear/pale yellow. The pill is rather large, but it's easy to swallow. There is no smell when I open the bottle. Overall, I'm satisfied and I'll keep using it to help with hair growth. I have been hearing so much about pumpkin seed oil for hair growth and decided to try it. Thanks to menopause & glp1 use my hair has really thinned up!!! Most pumpkin seed supplements contain saw palmetto....if you're on estrogen for menopause, you cant take saw palmetto. CARLYLE pumpkin seed oil does NOT contain saw palmetto. This is a really great product and happy I found it!! I take it in the morning after I've eaten.

I like this product for the quality of the pumpkin seed oil. I have experienced after taking it for the past 12 months that it seems to help me, but the label recommends taking 3,000 mg per day (3 x softgels) which was beginning to be too much pumpkin seed oil for my gallbladder to regulate, and consequently I began to feel some occasional waves of mild nausea as a symptom of my gallbladder overworking from the daily dose of 3 grams of fat. I later found out that 500 mg to 1,000 mg per day is just as effective when processed by your liver because the additional pumpkin seed oil can become fatty sludge in the gallbladder, so the daily dose of pumpkin seed oil that works well without putting a load on your gallbladder is recommended between 500 mg and 1,000 mg. If you have any side effects like me then be sure to review your daily intake of pumpkin seed oil supplement because it may be the cause of your symptoms.

After decades of searching for a solution to my hair fall, I have finally found a combination that is effective for me. Carlyle Pumpkin Seed Oil and Puritan's Pride Saw Palmetto 450 mg have reduced my hair fall to a minimum. I started these products on June 2 so it's only been three weeks. It was this morning I noticed I only lost a few strands of hair after toweling dry my hair - fewer than 10! And the brush only had a third handful. The bathroom floor is not littered with a carpet of hair. I take four Saw Palmetto with three Pumpkin Seed Oil softgels every morning before meals and evening before bed. I've tried hair loss vitamins, castor oil, rosemary oil, oil mixes, biotin, fo-ti (helped with retaining natural hair color), msm (helped with knee pain), collagen pills, gelatin powder blended with coffee, numerous hair loss prevention shampoos and conditioners. Purador shampoo and not using conditioners reduced my hair fall from three clumps to one clump but the brush still had a full clump. With the pumpkin oil and saw palmetto pills, I finally found true relief. I hope this helps someone else who feels they have tried so many things and is about to give up. I'm grateful to the reviewers who lead me to try one more time.

These have really helped with my hair growth I’ve been taking them for two years now and with zinc. Has really made a difference with my hair and nails! Highly recommend.

What a fantastic value this is when it comes to Pumpkin Seed Oil. I strongly feel like you can't get any better value over this, and my skin feels very soft and moisturized after taking 3 a day (like they suggest). I also have honestly taken 3 in the morning, and three before I go to bed for the benefit of less DHT, and just more moisture in my skin from the pumpkin seed oil. I think you're getting a huge value, and lots of pumpkin seed oil per mg by taking 3 per day, or even 6 if you want (I've had no side effects). I will continue to buy this as soon as I get down to the final 9 capsules (as I always do). Very good quality, great affordability, and you just simply can't go wrong with this especially if you're geared towards preventing loss of hair before it starts (like me). Luckily I keep my hair, but WANT to continue to keep it, and this does the trick!

I am a physician (not that this fact excludes me from placebo effects) who just turned 50. Over the last year, I started to have to urinate 2-3 times during the night. I didn’t notice any change to my hair, but I have a full head of hair, so didn’t expect any change.

I took my first two capsules with my dinner the other day very impressed, helped my frequent toilet visit’s already, I read the other reviews & thought I’d give it a go also, a bit expensive but what price do you put on your health & a product that really works, not sure of the other health benefits from taking this but the one I mentioned already is definitely worth it on its own for me.
