This product works but had to use 2 tea bags.

The green tea bags are fine and not taste to strong as I leave them to go cold for a hour or so, and they do what they say on the packet.

Clearly says x2 boxes but I only received one. I’ve ordered before and it has mostly been two but this time it was only one and there is no refund nor return button to be seen. I want a full refund for this mistake. If I could give 0 stars I would.
