Installation and wear instructions💣 Unbuckle the bottom of the headband and cover the mouth and nose of the mask.  💣 Pull up the upper end strap and place the head seat comfortably above the head.💣 Put your hands on the bottom of your neck with your Buckle.  💣 Adjust the buckle to make the mask fit well with the face.Adjust the front end band and then adjust the back of the neck.If the headband is too tight, you can use your fingers to push out the plastic sheet and relax your head.Note💣.If you have any problems with installation or wearing, please feel free to contact us.
