I absolutely love this mascara. Most mascara are super thick clumpy with the goal to achieve the volume. I have a preference for length over value, and this is exactly what this mascara provides length I most exceptionally love the lash wand has very thin brushes, allowing mascara application to help length and lashes and doesn’t clump. I really love this mascara because it’s buildable meaning if you put thick layers, it can’t look like you have false lashes on, but for someone like me who likes having a natural every day look this mascara provides that natural look rather than heavy make up are too much make up in the day. I will definitely now be adding this to my make up products. I will be buying this again for the price. It’s awesome and of course it’s Maybelline. You can never go wrong with Maybelline.

It fans out your lashes perfectly for that winged, false-lash effect. Best of all, it wears comfortably all day with zero flaking or smudging under my eyes. If you want huge, lifted lashes on a budget, this is the one to get!

I’ve tried many different mascaras. Some say I have a problem but I’m just a fan. I’ve bought expensive mascaras and extremely low cost mascaras. But Maybelline Volum’ Express The Rocket Volumizing Mascara is the ONLY mascara that I have worn that I have gotten compliments on. I have had strangers tell me how great my lashes looked. It doesn’t clump. It separates, volumizes, and lengthens my lashes. What more could you want?

This mascara definitely delivers on its promise of lift and length—the curved brush is super unique and really does help fan out lashes beautifully. It gives a more fluttery, defined look rather than chunky volume, which I personally love for daytime or a softer glam. The Blackest Black shade is intense and makes my eyes pop. I also appreciate that it's washable, which makes removal a breeze with just a gentle cleanser—no tugging needed. The only downside for me is that it did smudge slightly under my eyes after a few hours, especially on humid days or when my skin got a bit oily. It’s not terrible, but noticeable enough that I had to touch up. Still, the effect is so pretty and the formula is lightweight enough that I’ll keep using it for low-maintenance days when I’m not wearing heavy makeup. If you have oily lids or tend to rub your eyes, maybe try setting your under-eye with powder or consider the waterproof version.

This is hands down the best mascara I've ever used. I've been using it for years now, and I haven't felt the need to try another mascara since I found it. The formula has the perfect consistency, not too wet or too dry, so it goes on smoothly every time. What I love most is that it doesn't clump, even after multiple coats. It separates and lifts my lashes beautifully, giving them so much length and volume without looking heavy or spidery. The curved brush makes it easy to coat every lash and really helps create a lifted, wide-awake look. It also wears well throughout the day without flaking or smudging and removes easily at the end of the day. This has become a staple in my makeup routine, and it's one product I'll continue repurchasing again and again. I couldn't recommend it more!

Favorite new mascara! Lashes look very long

I always go for "very black" or "blackest black" options when it comes to mascara. This product fits my needs when it comes to color and consistency. I typically lean towards Maybelline when choosing my mascara because none of them have ever irritated my sensitive eyes like some other brands have, even as a contact wearer. I much prefer the applicator in this product to the flexible/bendy wands of some other Maybelline lines (Falsies?). I find that it separates my lashes well, avoiding clumps. It gives me better control than the flex wands which avoids more mess for me. Pros: Great price, gentle enough for my eyes and skin, comes in a color I like Cons: Even with the applicator I prefer I always end up with mascara on my face 5 minutes later - upper and lower lids. I will say I do tend to touch my face often but I would still classify this mascara as one that is easily smudged or rubs off when blinking after it should be dried. I'd be more accepting of this if it was easy to wash off but it is not. I use a gentle scrub, a face cloth, and plenty of water in the shower but I always step out and catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror looking like I've been watching The Fox and the Hound on repeat. Some q-tips and lotion or witch hazel always fixes me up but it is still annoying considering this isn't considered waterproof.

i have been using this product for years and i will never switch. i have really straight lashes that dont hold curl well .. but this mascara is perfect for my lashes and has been the only mascara that has ever worked for my lashes the mascara is not too thick , not too thin texture-wise. the mascara wand makes it to where where you brush the product on your eyelashes, it wont clump up .. bristles on the wand are very small and sturdy instead of brush-like. The only “flaw” I have with this mascara is that it doesnt come off that easily .. when im trying to take my makeup off. Although im pretty sure i was using the waterproof version of this mascara. Just in case this is how the regular version of mascara isnt easy to take off, just make sure you have some good makeup remover / prepare yourself because this stuff is so good it takes a good effort to get the product off your lashes! After i curl my lashes , i put a thin layer of mascara on my eyes to hold my curl in place. I let that FULLY dry (putting wet product on wet product will jus weigh your lashes down) and then go in for a second coat on product. i usually do about 2-3 coats, and it holds my lashes up so well and it last for about most of the day. If you have really straight lashes like me, i really recommend trying this product .. its extremely affordable. Obviously this product will work well on any kind of lash, just wanted to put that out there for the straight-lashed girlies bc it can be very stressful when you cant find a mascara that works! Im not the biggest fan of fake lashes on myself, but i still want that lash curl and volume that false lashes have. ~ If youre looking for a non-clump, natural looking mascara, this is for you!

Excellent mascara - very glad I tried it (no clumping, sturdy brush with efficient combing action, didn't run all day) - but especially pleased with the customer service & communication. A lovely email to warn of possible mail delays (it arrived very promptly) and a similar note on the packaging, which also highlighted the environmentally friendly packing materials. Thank you!
