I love my new competition belt. It lets me set up my mags and holsters how I really want and need them to get the best reload and draws consistently. The inner belt is velcro all the way around and the outer belt sticks to it very well. You get a absolute lock up when running this belt. And the stretching belt retainer does it job. The mag holsters are adjustable to fit any cant and area you desire on the belt. The holster had good retention as well. You can customize it on your draw. Now the only issues I have with the holster is that it does have a hot spot o. The bottom of the holster it will wear into your skin if rubbed a bunch. And trust me if dont have the correct draw you will be rubbed. The height and cant of the holster can be adjusted as well with the included blocks and. Everything is very sturdy and has positive lock ups. Overall it is a great buy fir a starter belt to build off of. The last issue is that they velcro may fade after a few years or extensive removal of the belt itself

This setup is great, and an awesome value! To buy this stuff separately would cost at least $100 more. The holster fits perfectly, just like other black scorpian holsters that I have. The belt is also great quality.

I purchased this rig to dip a toe in the water of USPSA at my local club. I really didn't see anything that was as complete for this price, so I thought I would try it. First off, there are no instructions included at all and their website doesn't help either. You are on your own as far as fitting and adjustments. Second, even though this is advertised as a 1911 package, the mag holders are set up as double stack. If you want to change from double stack to single, you will need both metric and SAE Allen wrenches to do so (with no instructions). I found one online video on changing single/double and it wasn't for this particular mag holder, but it got me on the right track. After everything is fit and tightened, the rig is pretty fast and seems secure. You need to keep and eye on the security of fasteners on any holster/mag holder, so this should be part of any pre match check. I think this would be a better product if they hired a tech writer to give inexperienced shooters some idea of how this thing should go together, and maybe get an internet model to give some video examples. Otherwise, we will see how it works in match conditions.

Well, This is long overdue but much needed to share my exuberance for the set up. FIrst, let me say that the inner belt is solid and keeps your hardware firmly in place. You will have to spend a little bit of time to position your holster and mag carriers in your preferred locations and then tighten them down. Scorpion makes this process very easy. There is enough room within the Innerbelt area of the Mag carrier to slide them into position with a little bit of tension. Once positioned the hardware that is provided is more than ample to clamp the carriers and Holster firmly to the belt. Take note: I would recommend that you position your holster in relation to your belt position prior to securing any mag carriers to the belt. This will likely eliminate the probability of you spending additional time to make a small adjustments. Do not make the mistake of firmly securing anything until all items have been affixed to the belt in their desired locations. Once positioned tighten everything down on the belt. Next put on the inner belt on while positioning holster location is your preferred orientation. The scorpion holster is specific to your handgun. Ensure that you look carefully and select the proper holster for your weapon. The Kydex holsters can be ordered weighted, offset wuth the length of drop and offset desired. Once you have researched and know what your preference is you can adjust the angle on the holster by repositioning the bolts in the the predrilled array of holes. Tension can be adjusted on the Holster as well as the carriers. I have found the mag carriers will accommodate many different types of hand gun magazines. I can say, for a fact there are no issues running factory Sig or Glock Mags. Once you are set up, the belt system is a godsend solution as you are able to easily remove the outer belt and your entire rig can be removed quickly and easily and getting ready to compete is a consistent process. This is a competition ready belt solution that helps eliminate inconsistent time consuming movements as the placement and retention is solid. I would highly recommend this product! Got the package in today 10/28/2025 waited about a week for this to arrive when I opened it the holster for the belt is missing a screw and the 2 that are in there are different but contacted the seller and they were willing to send me the screws but ordered them from black scorpion before I got the response from the seller and they refunded what I paid for the screws overall quality is good it holster fits both my tisas ds9 duty and also my girsan match 2311 also the mag holders are good quality also as well as the belt to hold it all 10/10 communication from seller also

This is my second rig from them. The first one was tight and hard to get the mag pouches on and I lost it (my fault) my second one has the updated mag pouches and the same belt system the first one came with and my magazine pouches do not fit in any capacity. I’m stripping the inner Velcro trying to force it and stressing the plastic on the pouches. Will not buy a third, spend the extra money on a double alpha rig and don’t waste your time on BSG

Fits good, works great. My first holster of this type. The screws do loosen so use blue loctite on them.
