Tree Sap Remover for Paint, Glass & Trim Cleaning, 32 Oz

Works great! I have bought and used this twice now (I misplaced the first bottle after I used it, which is the only reason I had to order another one. There is plenty of the liquid in this size bottle to remove many dozens of sap spots) and it has worked like a charm both times. My truck is black, so you see every swirl or bit of damage to the paint, and this worked so well that you couldn't even tell where the sap originally was, and it had been baking in the sun on the paint for many months. The first time I also bought a selection of small nylon "blades" to aid in removal of the softened sap, but couldn't find them when I needed to, so I used an average nylon spatula, like what one would use in a non-stick coated pan, and it worked great, so if you have a plastic spatula, don't waste your money on something else to do the same job. Once you soak the spot for a few minutes, you just use the edge of the spatula to pop off the softened sap. I 100% recommend this sap remover, it works exactly as stated and leaves no residue on the paint.

I had to park my side by side in the back while my garage was being built. It was parked under several cedar trees. I was not aware of that they were going to drip sap all over the front of my new side by side! I was worried about using anything because the hood is made of painted plastic. I followed the instructions and worked slowly. It was time consuming because I was being careful. Just be patient, apply the solution, gently rub, wipe with a different cloth. The dry spots took a while but go slowly. I had a couple of places where the sap was still gummy and those came right off. The image is the white cloth I was using. You can see the tan color that was the evil sap!

It works, but it damage my car leaving this mark on it.

It works well! I only wish ii had more. My car is parked under a pine tree overnight. This would usually leave a few spots I could get out with nail polish remover from the dollar store. Unfortunately, this year I was injured and out of work over the summer. My car looks like a porn shoot gone bad! I attached a spray top to evenly spread a coat over the affected areas. After a few minutes and elbow grease the sap is gone! Just ran the car through a car wash afterwards to ensure a perfect finish!

I purchased this primarily to remove some tree sap that got on the vinyl top on my Mazda Miata. I tested it out on some painted surfaces first. It works good on clear coated areas but will attack areas that only have base coat (I tried a spot under the hood). As for the top, I applied some with a soft tooth brush and was able to get the sap out of the grain. It didn't seem to harm the vinyl so I'm pretty happy. It seems to work fairly quickly on new sap but has some trouble with the older baked on stuff, although it will take it off. It just takes more rubbing. As for clean up, it evaporates quickly once you've removed the sap leaving a clean surface. I would have left a 5 star review but it did attack the base coat section. I don't have any single stage paint to try it out on but it's good on clear coat and vinyl tops!

There’s honestly no cleaning power if you’ve had tree sap on your car for a really long time. It’s not really a spray. It’s something where you have to put on a cotton rag. Product quality is all right since I had tree sap on my car for a really long time. The product quality was all right. It didn’t take anything off of it so I wasted my money, but I recommend it if it’s something that you just got in you Car.

Had about 20 quarter sized spots of sap on my car that baked in the sun for months, this product made quick work of them, let it site for 30-45 seconds and you will see the sap starting to melt basically! I tried all kinds of different products and none of them helped until this

I was able to remove about 50 pine tree sap drops from my pickup. Worked much better than alcohol! No detectable paint damage.

I bought 4 different sap removers so I could find the best one for a recurring problem we have. This was the winner! This was a little more expensive but well worth it.
