SupcoSH323 Defrost Heater

Without any reviews for this item, and at a price 1/4 of the manufacturer's part, I was skeptical but willing to give this part a chance. While the weight of the metal component of this part isn't as heavy as the manufacturer's part that came with our refrigerator, the heating element definitely worked and our refrigerator has returned to good working order. Given that the original manufacturer's part on our refrigerator lasted 5-years, we could replace with one of these parts every year and still come out ahead.Installation of this part is straightforward - simply connect two wiring leads, and fasten with two Phillips screws (not included with part, but should be included on your refrigerator).Update: The part failed after 20 months. Not bad for the price, but the price has almost doubled since we purchased it so we'll find something different.

Is ok look low quality but works

I purchased and installed this part 8 months ago and it already burnt out. I had to order from another brand to fix it.
