Personally, I have a smaller head, kind of in between sizes. Fitted/stretch hats are always too tight or too loose, so I've been looking for something different that fits better. I heard about the Richardson 112 from a morning radio show advertised as the hat that fits everyone perfect, so I gave it a shot. Unfortunately, it was not for me. Sat way too high on my head, and I felt like it was huge, so I kept looking on Richardson's website and found the 115. Came here and decided to try one, and I'm glad I did. It fit perfect. It sits down just right on the top of my head, does not hurt the ears, and the snap back lets me get the perfect tightness. The only downside is a personal style issue with the trucker style mesh back, of which I am normally not a big fan of. The mesh is also more stiff than one of the other hats I had gotten from work. If I could find a copy of this hat without the mesh back, it would be absolutely perfect. As it is, it is really close. I have been looking for Hats up put my company logo on.After over researching things as I tend to do I decided on 2. Two.This hat and another extremely popular style the yp classic trucker.While both have a many good looking color combo this hat is the clear and obvious winner.It has the classic trucker style without the high crown which is not a good look on me.This hat is low profile so you get the look without looking like you should be on a John Deere sipping keystone, spitting tobacco while listening to Conway Twitty.This hat has the style but keeps the class.For a inexpensive comfortable value for the money this is the clear winner.To be fair the other one is great as well if you want a more of a traditional trucker hat that's not yet full redneck.But personally for me and my small business this is the way to go.

Really good quality hat
Really good quality hat. Seller shipped in a box instead of bag that provides no protection where damage occurs in transit. I wear 7 1/8 - 7 1/4 and hat fit perfect. I am extremely picky about hats and only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars because I would prefer it to be little lower profile
