Apple 10.5in iPad Pro 256GB, Wi-Fi, Space Gray MPDY2LL/A (Renewed)

I purchased this iPad along with the case and I’m really happy with this unit. It was easy to set up and has enough storage for what I’m using it for. The screen is large and clear. Very pleased with this iPad.

Bought this iPad for a six year old and found it to be perfect for her. The unit does indeed have the appearance of a new tablet with no obvious signs of wear. It arrived stone cold dead and took quite a while to charge but functioned fine once doing so. I was able to update to latest operating system (17.7.5) with no problem. I think the biggest concern with these very old devices (2017 vintage) is the battery life. I had no idea how to check that but did test with a current movie from Tubi website. A 90 minute film lowered battery from fully charged 100% down to 75%. For me, that was acceptable. I would not recommend buying one unless rated "excellent" condition though.

Better than I hoped

Good quality, good screen, could see everything well. Works relatively fast. The battery does drain quickly when gaming. Good for school work and on the go

This iPad arrived on Wednesday. I immediately turned it on and the Apple logo appeared on the screen but it didn’t engage. The logo continued the flash on every minute or so but nothing else. I plugged it in and let it charge overnight. I went online with my existing iPad to try and troubleshoot the problem. Indications showed it needed a restore. My daughter came over and using her adapter and Mac laptop we tried to that to o avail. We then called Apple customer service and the agent tried to do the same remotely again to no avail. She then set up an appointment for us at an Apple service center on Friday. We went and they met with the same results. This item was shipped to me nonfunctional. I’m very disappointed! That being said, I suppose the price was too good to be true.

iPad was just what I needed to replace my out dated iPad. There were no scratches on this iPad. It’s easy to charge and holds a charge longer than my last iPad. Great value for money. Design is very nice and user friendly. It’s a much needed upgrade. I would recommend this product .

Bought in September works good for what I use it for but now I have had it go 4 months and the touch screen stops working in random spots all the time. I’m not sure what to do. It happens no matter the program. I have rebooted, deleted programs, cleaned screen everything I saw to do online. Now I’m lost other than thinking it’s an internal issue

I purchased a refurbished iPad as the new ones have just gotten out of hand regarding their price tags. I also read reviews and liked the fact Amazon stands behind every refurbished item. Although the item arrived in almost perfect condition it would not take me to the home page or prompt me to set up the device, merely kept flashing the Apple symbol after powering up and down. I went through Amazon to begin the returns/replacement process and within 5 minutes of hitting process request I had a response from the issuing company. They were already getting ready to ship me a replacement via 2 day air and extended my product warranty from 30 days to one year. My replacement actually showed up a day early and they provided all returns information and prepaid shipping labels. So far my replacement is working perfectly and I feel confident that if I incur an issue with this device it will be handled quickly and with an extremely high level of customer service.
