Apple 10.5in iPad Pro 256GB, Wi-Fi, Space Gray MPDY2LL/A (Renewed)

I purchased this iPad along with the case and I’m really happy with this unit. It was easy to set up and has enough storage for what I’m using it for. The screen is large and clear. Very pleased with this iPad.

Better than I hoped

I purchased a refurbished iPad as the new ones have just gotten out of hand regarding their price tags. I also read reviews and liked the fact Amazon stands behind every refurbished item. Although the item arrived in almost perfect condition it would not take me to the home page or prompt me to set up the device, merely kept flashing the Apple symbol after powering up and down. I went through Amazon to begin the returns/replacement process and within 5 minutes of hitting process request I had a response from the issuing company. They were already getting ready to ship me a replacement via 2 day air and extended my product warranty from 30 days to one year. My replacement actually showed up a day early and they provided all returns information and prepaid shipping labels. So far my replacement is working perfectly and I feel confident that if I incur an issue with this device it will be handled quickly and with an extremely high level of customer service.

This is my first experience with an Apple Pro. And i am loving it. Definitely a step up from my 9th generation, which is wonderful also. I was attracted mostly by the 512g. Im tired of the limited 64g. So far i am loving it. The only problem is the battery life. It drains fast. I purchased this tablet used but reviews were all good. I even purchased a pencil. Really cool. Latest update was a few days ago @ 17:7:5. Hope Apple updates and support continue for a while. Again, only complaint and downside is the poor battery life. On researching this, a recent update caused this. Love the lightness of it. Great value for the money. Love the screen quality. Thank you to the seller. All in all, if you decide to buy this tablet, you will be impressed.

Just outside the return window by a couple of days. I am a busy mom who works full time, has 3 kids and can be scatterbrained. The IPad does not want to charge and if it does, doesn’t last. 1 works great not the other. The advice of the seller replace the battery. Sure spend more money I don’t have on something that should have lasted more than a couple of months. This was a Christmas present. Do yourself a favor, save your money and buy new

I bought this product written a seller several times never returned any of my messages. The product stopped working right after the return date and then now I cannot get a hold of the seller. The iPad just stopped charging will not charge any longer. No one is answering my message do not buy from the seller again he refuses to answer any of your messages or help you out any type of way bad product.

Bought in September works good for what I use it for but now I have had it go 4 months and the touch screen stops working in random spots all the time. I’m not sure what to do. It happens no matter the program. I have rebooted, deleted programs, cleaned screen everything I saw to do online. Now I’m lost other than thinking it’s an internal issue
