I had my doubts but after a week it works flawlessly it does reduce noise by a little so that's good and it fits perfect. So far adhesive has been on good so no complain!

Works on a hardwood floor well

This works as advertised but there are things to be considered. The bedroom door I used this on had about a 1 1/2” gap, it had been cut down to go over a carpet. The seal barely covered it and didn’t provide enough surface area for the adhesive to work. The first time I closed the door it levered itself off. Fortunately it comes with tacks to secure it and they held it in place. The second problem is in older homes the floor and the doors are no longer square. If you set it to seal while closed it will be bending over and jamming under the doors when opened. I still have a gap under the door when closed because of uneven floors. The strip is well made, easy to cut to size and is fairly unobtrusive. I don’t trust the adhesive and while it’s an improvement it’s not the fix I hoped for.

Definitely kept air out

Worked just as expected! If you are using it to keep sound out make sure the rubber reaches the floor all the war across the bottom. Remember the alcohol wipe before beginning the job.
