Really helps my knees. Takes a few weeks at least to work. And the collagen ingredient may have an even longer time frame to reach maximum effectiveness. I've used the individual ingredients separately in the past. This is a cost-effective way to get all the good stuff, and get it in just one pill.

I think they're possibly life extension because the woman I ordered them for is still alive and breathing. She says they definitely helped ease the discomfort and is moving better than she has in a couple of years. Although a little pricey they are effective. I recommend you don't pick on the consumer of these after about 4 solid weeks of taking them, albeit a bit slower her aim is still spot on and now she's regained the ability to throw again.

This product has relieve some of my hip and knee pain but has not provided any relief of my stiffness in my joints, back, and neck. However I worked 45 years in nursing many years in areas requiring heavy lifting such as orthopedics, rehab and hospice, so, much of this is related to my Nursing Career and age.

Update: After seven months on this supplement, I had my first slipped disc. Other than one evening of mild sciatic issues, I had no other back issues in that whole time. Usually I slip a disc several times a year, so seven months is HUGE for me. Plus, when it happened, it hardly hurt and I was back up and at 'em within a couple of days, vs the debilitating pain and week+ recovery I'd usually have. Seriously, these pills are amazing. This truly worked for me. I have degenerative discs and I do nightly exercises to help stabilize my back, but I still have issues with back spasms and pain a couple of times of year with general aching often. Since I started these, I've been lax with my exercises, but I have NO pain whatsoever. No sciatic pain, no stiff back joints, no excessive popping, no herniated discs, not even soreness getting out of bed. It's a freaking miracle, I'm not even exaggerating. 13 years of suffering, physical therapy, chiropractic, and surgeries corrected in two months for under $40.

The capsules are uncomforably large.

I was Pleasantly Suprised , I accidently Order this Product by mistake. I was told to keep it , Use , give away Or dispose of it. I Suffer from bad knees and Extreme joint Pain throughout my body. I had Nothing to lose & Something to gain by trying this Product. Within 7 days , My joints Weren't as Stiff Or Sore. I Started to move around a bit better , With less stiffness and Sores. Buenísimo producto... Me dolían horriblemente las rodillas.... Desde la primera cápsula sentí que empezó a desinflamar... Y disminuyó el dolor... Lo complemento con boswellia serrata... Los dos son buenísimos para el dolor de la rodillas y las caderas.
