Small tube big price
Don’t waste your time, does not come with a color mixing chart or how to change the color in the tube, idk what you would use this for, it’s not worth the money or the waste of time to receive and not work when in a pinch

Easy to use and matches fairly well.
I cleaned the chips really well, I chose the beige and white combination. While it was a little light even without adding white, I think it did the trick and camouflaged the chips I had in the house. All six chips are filled now let’s see if they last. I gave it a 4 because the colors did not match what was represented on the insert or the website. Depending on your situation, it may or may not work for you, I am happy with the results.

Not a filler, only a finisher
Overall, I’d look in a different direction. Colored epoxy might work better - my wife suspects this is the repair we have in another section that I envious of. You cannot fill with this product, no matter how many times I fill my locations, when this product dries it leaves a concave finish. It’s annoying…really really annoying. You will have to fill with something else for sure. You can, however, for 50 dollars get a really good color match if you follow there color guide sheets. It’s an approximate when working off the sheet, but the color I was able to get makes me happy…however, all the other issues make me think twice about using it again (I’ve made 3 orders for my current repair, spent about 80 dollars, and I am “meh” happy at best)Pros:1. You can get really good color mixes if you are willing to spend about 50 dollars.Cons:1. Does not finish hard. Finishes more like caulk2. Won’t fill even small cavities (smaller than the instructions)3. Difficult to apply if you have to color mix. Once it is out of the tube, what do you use for a good application? At best, you could use a small pastry bag if you have one handy (I don’t)4. Deep fills definitely require a separate, harder product that won’t drip into cracks or fissures5. I don’t have a hair dryer - product should work right without beauty products to finish and cure.6. Expensive

Better than I expected
Usually not a fan of premixed tubes but this one is pretty good. So this is a pre-mixed tube of some kind of resin or epoxy that you apply, levels off, sets and dries. I fixed some tiles with regular jewelry resin, and have to say, this premade one is much better. Dries dry, isn’t slightly tacky to the touch like the jewelry resin. Also, I can add a hint of mica powder in other colors and it takes it well. Used it on shower floor tiles and it’s great. For best results, do two applications because as it settles into the cracks, the height will decrease. Pre-tape work area and use a fat needle or plastic plant markers (hard flat plastic with an arrow point) to direct the flow. Let it set for an hour and then go back and see if you need another application—usually you do need to do that to make it come up to the right height.

Does not work well, came off after some time
I had a small chip on my soap stone counter top so I got this product and applied it. It seemed to work well at first, but then I wiped my counter top with a soft dry cloth, and the fill came off with the cloth too. So, it does not stick to the surface well, probably better to use a strong glue instead of it to fix the chip.

Amazing product
I wish I had taken a "before"" picture to show the effect. My tile had a big ugly chip and now only someone who knows it's there can notice it. Follow the manufacturer's instruction religiously it's really clear and easy. I'm so very happy with this purchase.

Great Product on Travertine Tile If Applied Properly
A rather large piece of travertine dislodged from one of my travertine tiles unexplainably. It disintegrated into small pieces when i picked it up. I read a lot of reviews on DIY repairs and decided to try out MagicEzy Stone Repair. The gap in the travertine was quite large and was approximately 1 inch wide, ½ inch long and ¾ of an inch deep and cosmetically obvious. I read most of the reviews online at Amazon plus others from the manufacturer that also provided UTube videos. This is what i found out during my repair:1) I purchased the beige/white to match the travertine colour.2) I used an awl to scrape out what remained within the gap.3) I then used a pin to remove any remaining particles.4) I vacuumed the gap.5) I used a bit of dishwashing soap in warm water to clean everything out.6) i then rinsed it out with water.7) I dried out the cavity with a hair dryer for 5 minutes and then left it to dry for 24 hours.2) I filled in the cavity in several amounts over time with a toothpick with the MagicEzy.3) Noticed that the colour combo i was using (mostly beige) took on a gray colour that did not match my travertine tile and adjusted accordingly.4) I used a hair drier for two minutes after each application.5) I sanded after each application using 120 grit sandpaper.6) I reapplied the next coat after 24 hours (recommended at least 2 hours).7) I gained some experience from the 1st application in terms of the colour when compared to my actual caramel coloured travertine tile. White was the major colour i used with just a bit of beige.8) On my final coat, I overfilled slightly and added some solid beige notes to blend in to attempt to match the natural stone.9) Sanded with 220 sandpaper after 3 days to take the shiny finish to a bit of a glaze.10) I have the repair covered right now (day 10 from a recommended 14 days) and it looks great.11) I am not a tradesperson, but love a challenge to have some fun trying to be one.12) I retrospect, i probably should have used the MagicEzy Filler for the size of the hole that needed repair..Hope this helps

Not effective, not stone, confusing instructions
It's a type of plastic and not stone. You may as well use a bit of tile grout if you have a similar colour to the job. The instructions have little relation to the product. It doesn't adhere to clean chipped edges. It slumps upon application, so expect to repeat the procedure quite a few times.

Poor instructions
Didn't do the job for me however might be because it's not ment for fire marble hearthstone. Will have to keep looking for product that can fix the crack in marble fireplace.
