It is pure Cod Liver Oil. It is unoxidised good quality oil for Brain health & Heart health especially for seniors. It is least exposed to oxygen in the making unlike capsules.

One of the best cod liver oil
This is one of the best cod liver oils. I can feel the difference in my energy level, skin and health when I don’t have it for a few months. It has helped with acne too during perimenopause and post menopause. I prefer the liquid though the capsules allow me to bypass the taste . This is because I can adjust the dosage with liquid. I have one teaspoon after lunch followed by a tbsp of coconut oil. A bottle lasts for quite a few months. I refrigerate it.

Good improvent for my child
Very good CLO. I have used two bottles tillnow for my autistic child. After using this, i saw good changes. Eye contact improved. Brain functioning improved. He is playing very well with other children.
