We used these to hang an antique Persian carpet on the wall. The carpet is not perfectly rectangular, and we appreciated how it was easy to adjust the clips to get the carpet to hang flat. The clips are substantial and well made, and seem to hold fine without damage. Black was a more stylish choice for our rug, since it is somewhat dark in color.

You hardly notice the clips. They are very sturdy. Would recommend for a comparable purpose.

Purchased these clips to hang car mats in detail shop after cleaning. They grab and hold car mats either rubber or carpeted securely. until dried or installed. No more misplaced mats.

These clips are great. I hung a 11 x 15 rug on my wall. I used a 1" square metal tubing, spray painted it black. The rug weighed over 90lbs and the clips held rug with no problems. Great buy

Was not able to use this product. They held the rug securely but there was no way to secure the actual clips.

The clips worked great for hanging up my Moroccan rug on the wall. I purchased a large curtain rod separately.

Been looking for this type of clip for ages to hang out our indoor house mats that get very mucky & smelly in autunm/winter. Have set up a 5ft hanging bar outside using wood one inch by one & half inch in size. This size is perfect to hang the clips on, with the option of permantly attaching them to the bar using provided holes. The grip is brilliant easily dealing with our larger washed mats which can be quite heavy. To open jaws, pull up front flap & position your mat into the jaws then simply pull the flap back down to lock the mat in place simple as that. These clips are not cheap, but with 10 in the set I am really happy with them, would highly recommend.

It was fairly simply to attach to the wall. They aren't make for larger rugs that have any sort of weight to them. It worked fairly well for smaller lighter rugs. Anything else caused the brackets to bend and didn't look nice. I wouldn't purchase again.
