Moroccanoil Smoothing Hair Mask

Presently, I use the restorative mask followed by the hydrating mask. Does the smoothing mask follows or replaces the restorative mask?

is this a leave in conditioner or does it have to be rinsed out???

How do people use this- sounds like effort to just stand there in the shower after you've shampoo'd, waiting 5-10 min for this to set in?
