Only concern is the sand filler is loose inside and does not work well for power throws or for tosses from 1 person to another. Good for slam ball purposes.

This is working great for core workouts and a lot of other workouts as well. The quality is great and it was a good price.

I don't like it
It's very cheap. The ball isn't completely filled with sand so it's like a weight inside a tire driving down the road. It's just not balanced. Also the outside rubber is very thin and weak and I got a hole in mine the first day of use.
