THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT KINDS. 1 IS FOR 10OZ BOTTLES AND THE OTHER IS FOR 20OZ BOTTLES. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT ONES AS THEY DO SEND THE WRONG ONES BUT WHO DOESN'T LIKE REFUNDS AND FREE STUFF. THE 2 FAVORED FLAVORS ARE GRAPE AND LEMONAIDE. MUCH BETTER FLAVOR THA PRETTY MUCH ALL THE OTHER COMPETITION. WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE - STAY HYDRATED!

The only complaint I have about this product is the use of artificial food color. I think it's unhealthy and unnecessary. Product was super affordable, but due to the AFC, I will be looking for a better option. "yellow 5 is made from the byproducts of petroleum." Healthline.

My favorite thing to drink in the summer time! Lemonade is my favorite. The lemon lime is good. Don't care for the other flavors.

These ate fantastic! No sugar! I'm a diabetic and staying hydrated can be a problem. This brand has fantastic flavors. Lemonade, grape so far rock! Didn't like the fruit punch. Not sure how you mess up fruit punch...is perfect for camping, long car trips, the beach!!! No need to carry a million different flavored sports drinks. Just pack a ton of water bottles and these and you're set! Great for when one is ill too.
